When you are in your dashboard, click on "Pages" on the menu bar to the left.
This is your "Pages" section. Find the tab that says "New Page" and click on it.
This is where you can add a blank page so it looks like a typical blog post area or you can add a web address to direct people elsewhere. For your About Me section, you'd choose Blank Page.
On your new page add your images/links/text just as if you were writing a blog post. When finished, click "Publish" at the top right.
Then when you go to your Pages section you'll see your new page added.
